Bring a bathing suit if you plan to use the communal spa zone. A robe, slippers and day locker are provided when you arrive. Please shower before entering the spa zone.

Spa Verdant is a co-ed wellness destination, and appropriate swimwear is required in all shared wellness areas. Robes and slippers are provided upon arrival for your comfort and convenience throughout your visit.

We encourage guests to enjoy the Nordic Wellness Journey at their own pace. While the full experience typically takes approximately 45 minutes to complete, you are welcome to linger longer in the areas you enjoy most.
No. While a spa treatment can certainly enhance your visit, it is not required. Guests may purchase a Wellness Day Pass to enjoy the Contrast Therapy Zone and wellness amenities without booking a spa service.
Absolutely. Whether you are seeking a peaceful solo escape or planning a wellness experience with friends, Spa Verdant welcomes both individual guests and groups.

Yes. Spa Verdant is an adults-only wellness destination welcoming guests 18 years of age and older.

To preserve the tranquil atmosphere for all guests, cell phone use is not permitted in the wellness and relaxation areas. We encourage guests to disconnect from the outside world and fully immerse themselves in their wellness experience.

Avoid shaving immediately before a body exfoliation or hair removal treatment. For facials, men are welcome to shave at least two hours before the appointment.

Our Spa Concierge team is happy to help. Contact us directly and we will guide you toward the treatment options best suited to your wellness goals, preferences, and experience level.

Certain treatments and wellness experiences may not be appropriate for guests who are pregnant or who have specific medical conditions. In particular, heat and cold exposure within the Contrast Therapy Zone may not be suitable during pregnancy. We encourage you to consult your healthcare provider and speak with our Spa Concierge team before your visit so we can help identify the safest and most enjoyable options for you.
Complimentary lockers are provided for all guests during their visit. While we strive to provide a safe and secure environment, we recommend leaving valuables and unnecessary personal items at home. Spa Verdant is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended belongings.

Booking & Cancellation

Advance reservations are recommended. Appointments are held with a hotel room number or credit card.

Cancellations or changes should be made at least 24 hours before a single service and 48 hours before multiple treatments. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged in full.

Late arrivals receive the remaining appointment time and are charged the full service fee.

Payment & Service Charge

Spa Verdant accepts all major credit cards, and Hotel Verdant guests may charge services directly to their room.

A 20% service charge is automatically added to all spa services and packages and is distributed in full to the spa team. Additional gratuity is at the guest’s discretion.
